My new flatmate is a student of Russian at our local university. She is nineteen years old, a very intelligent and interesting girl. She is studying for her driving theory test this week. She is taking the exam next Monday so she has to hurry up to learn all necessary information. But I do not think that she will have to devote a lot of time and energy to it. First of all, she is very intelligent, as I have already mentioned, and she can acquire a lot of new information in a short period of time. We went to the cinema a couple of days ago and she remembered the names of all the actors who acted in the film. She was also able to summarise the plot in detail. My memory is not as good as hers, unfortunately. I tend to forget things and it takes me long days to revise for a test. I have to mention yet another thing. My flatmate"s father is a driving instructor. She says she could drive when she was twelve years old. I don"t believe she could fail her theory test. This sounds highly improbable. Her father is the one who gives her lessons of practical driving, of course, so I guess she will have no problems passing this exam as well. But she wants to be on the safe side so she has decided to revise the most important information before she takes her exams.
